Training Centre Manager

Mission Motorsport has an exciting new opportunity to be at the heart of the Charity’s Race Retrain Recover moto as the Training Centre Manager.

The Training Centre Manager will be responsible for the planning and co-ordination of all technical training under IMI license, overseeing delivery and ensuring quality assurance of all training as well as developing new training initiatives. The role is central to the success of the Charity and the support it provides service leavers, veterans and their families in their transition journeys.

 The role requires excellent knowledge and understanding of automotive training systems, especially IMI approved and endorsed training, and will have excellent communication and organisational skills.  The role will involve liaising with key stakeholders, training providers and contracted instructors as well as advertising and marketing Mission Motorsport’s training offering to service leavers, veterans and their dependents, as well as organisations who support them through their transition journey.

Salary Banding: £38,000 – £45,000 commensurate with experience and qualification.
