1. HEROES DINNER & AUCTION – all teams are encouraged to attend the Heroes Dinner on the Friday evening. There will be an auction with incredible prizes. There will be an excellent three course meal, music and the bar will be open until midnight. Tickets are available online or in the marquee from Thursday morning at £30 per head.

2. RoR 2019 - MMRoRBoF (fundraiser) – All teams have an automatic entry.

3. RoR 2019 - Snowdon Summit walk – Monday 11th November.

4. Marquee opening times:

a. Breakfast 0700 – 0900

b. Lunch 1200 – 1430

c. Evening Meal 1800 – 2000
