Head of Mission Automotive & CEO of Mission Motorsport, James Cameron was invited by James Baggott for an online chat about how Car Dealerships and industry can engage in their local communities and effectively plan for life post Covid-19.

Mission Automotive, backed by The Royal Foundation, SMMT and Ministry of Defence, is the Armed Forces engagement initiative for the UK automotive industry. It helps companies to access and retain ex-forces talent, and delivers sustainable and relevant employment opportunities for service leavers, veterans and their spouses.

Using experience from running The Armed Forces Motorsport Charity and 17 extraordinary years of leadership in the British Army prior, James made the point that there is light at the end of this tunnel, but how quickly we get to the end of the tunnel and in what state we arrive there, is down to every one of us.
