REVS Limiter - An outstanding Origins success

Revs-Limiter, the online Facebook community that celebrates a shared love of cars, bikes, trucks, planes and everything else with wheels and engines, and those people who are involved in the industry, hosted it’s latest online event on Saturday the 23rd of January. - Origins.

Organised and hosted by the Reverend Adam Gompertz, members of the online community were invited to post videos sharing how their passions for all things cars and engines came about; whether the start of someones passion for cars, the start of a particular brand, the start of a love affair with a particular motor car, the history of someone who shaped the motoring landscape or the start of a process by which a car is designed, there was a huge variety of content published throughout the day.

As the group’s selected charity, CEO James Cameron participated in the Friday evening online get together as well as giving an insight into the origins of why the charity was founded and the work that we do. Mission Motorsport’s Workshop Manager Aston Dimmock also particpated, talking about the charity’s unique racing SUV, the Honda Type CRV, whilst Beneficiary Chris Leech talked about how the charity and the Thursday Night Racers, the charity’s online racing community have helped him on his recovery journey.
