Festival of the Dead raises £1800 for The Forces’ Motorsport Charity

• New Car show Festival of the Dead raises £1810.47 for Mission Motorsport, The Forces’ Motorsport Charity.

  We have been lucky to be selected as the supported charity of many motor shows over the years, and as motor shows go, the Festival of the Dead is both a unique and wonderful event. We were thrilled when it was announced Mission Motorsport had been selected as the supported Charity of the event.

Thanks to the events team, not only was a massive £1810.47 raised through ticket sales but beneficiaries were invited to attend the event. Out in force, not only did they get the opportunity to enjoy the cars out on display, but were able to talk about the charity and raise awareness of our work.

Jill Baines, Head of Grants, Donations and Sponsorship, talking about the mammoth efforts of the events team said, “We’re incredibly grateful to the team at Festival of the Dead for choosing us as their supported charity. The monies raised will be instrumental in allowing Mission Motorsport to provide the support our beneficiary audience requires.”
