Bigger and better than ever before, the National Transition Event is back!

 Situated at the state-of-the-art conference centre, ‘The Wing’, at the world famous Silverstone GP circuit the National Transition Event is back. With a whole host of companies, charities and Government agencies on hand to provide you with information and insight into a wide variety of employment opportunities and any support you may need, attendees can expect to come away from the day feeling empowered and ready to embrace a new career beyond the military.

  • Free attendance for military personnel, veterans, reservists and spouses

  • Over 60 exhibitors including JLR, Lotus, Stellantis, Morgan Motor Company, Bentley, RWE, Vattenfall, MSS Safety, SSGC, Thakeham Homes and BAE

  • Access services such as training providers, charities and Government agencies including Recruit For Spouses, CTP, SSAFA and DWP to name a few.

  • Participate in workshops helping you with CV writing, interview skills and social media platforms such as LinkedIn.

  • Listen to presentations from industry to understand how your military skills are translatable and understand the career pathways open to you.

  • Networking opportunities speak with ex-military employees best suited to understand and advise you as you make this transition journey.

  • Hear from special guest speakers including Sir Chris Hoy.

  • Supercar passenger rides around the Silverstone GP Circuit including the chance to be driven around the track by Jodi Kidd, Ben Collins (former Stig from BBC’s Top Gear) and Chris Hoy*
